We have arranged a fairly large room block for our guests here at the KMC. The hotel is located right at the resort where the wedding ceremony and reception will take place, and has the most to offer in town (spa, fitness room, heated pool, restaurant/bar, etc.).
Most importantly, this is where the bride and groom will be staying! We look forward to a great weekend spending time with friends and family, and hope you will join us!

Driving Directions to Hunter Mountain
From New York State
- Albany - NY Thruway south to Exit 21 (Catskill), turn left after exit and go to Rt. 9W (about 2 miles); take Rt. 9W south to Rt. 23A; take Rt. 23A west to Hunter Mountain.
- New York City - NY Thruway (I-87) north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.
- Long Island - Take the LIE or Rt. 25A to the Cross Island Parkway to the Throgs Neck Bridge. Then take the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95) to the George Washington Bridge. Take the GW Bridge to Route 4 (3rd exit ramp). Continue on Rt. 4 heading northwest to Rt. 17. Take Rt. 17 north to the NY Thruway, north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.
From New Jersey
- Western, Southern & Northern - Interstate 287 north to the NY Thruway north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.
- North Eastern - Route 17 north to the NY Thruway north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.
- Southern New Jersey - Garden State Parkway north to Rt. 17 in Paramus, north to the NY Thruway north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.
Note: Mapquest & GPS do not produce an accurate route directly to Hunter if coming from the south, as they direct you over seasonally closed roads. The best way to use Mapquest from the NYC metro area is to use this address and follow signs the short distance from Palenville to Hunter, driving west on Rt 23A from Palenville (slight left turn at the light in Palenville).
Please obey the posted speed limit signs while on the mountaintop. Local Law Enforcement agencies strictly enforce the posted speed limits.
